July 27, 2002 - Invasion Recon

By the end of July, we were kind of going nuts with preparations for the Big Invasion. We had heard there were going to be around 100 FSJs in Ouray for the big Invasion in August! We had to make at least one more trip to the mountains to be sure we were familiar with the trails and that our rigs were up to the task. The summer was dry and not many flowers at all by the end of July.
